Heavenly rocky road that melts in your mouth. A sweet and decadent treat sure to impress family and friends.
Grease an 8 cm x 20 cm bar pan. Line with baking paper, leaving some overhanging.
Place white chocolate in a heatproof bowl for 1 minute in microwave on high.
Take out, give it a gentle stir and place back in for a further minute. Do this until chocolate is smooth.
Stir gently until smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Stir in biscuit, marshmallow and dessicated coconut.
Spread mixture into pan. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and chill for 2-3 hours until firm.
