Roast Garlic Bread


  • 175 g Butter

  • 6-8 Garlic Clove crushed

  • 2 tablespoons Parsley chopped

  • 1 Baguette


  • 1.

    Preheat the oven to 230c.

  • 2.

    Melt the butter, add in the garlic and chopped parsley.

  • 3.

    Cut the baguette horizontally and brush the melted garlic butter generously over the cut sides.

  • 4.

    Put on a baking tray and place in the hot oven for 8-10 mins, or until toasted and golden brown. (freezes perfectly, don’t roast it first though)
