This is a thick rich pie with a peanut butter crumble on the top


  • 1 sweet flan pastry base

  • 1 packet cottees vanilla pudding

  • 700 ml of cold milk

  • 1 600ml tub of cream

  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter

  • 1 cup icing sugar


  • 1.

    Cook the sweet flan pastry base in oven at 160 C for 10- 15 minutes until golden

  • 2.

    Set flan base aside to cool.

  • 3.

    In a jug add the vanilla pudding with 700 ml of milk and mix well. Put it in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes.

  • 4.

    In a bowl whizz up the cream with a hand mixer until it is very thick.

  • 5.

    Put it in the fridge to stay cool.

  • 6.

    In a seperate bowl add the cup of peanut butter and icing sugar together and rub it in your fingers until it is crumbly like bread crumbs.

    Now we put all our parts together.

  • 8.

    Sprinkle half the peanut butter crumble mixture on the bottom of the cooled flan base. add the vanilla pudding next and spread all over the pie.

    Next add some of the whipped cream on top of the vanilla pudding, to cover the pie.

  • 10.

    Lastly sprinkle the top of the flan, with the rest of the peanut butter crumble mixture.

  • 11.

    Put it in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.
