Best brownie ever
Melt butter and chocolate together untill smooth
I sift together flour, cocoa, brown sugar into a bowl ( brown sugar works for me this way )
add lightley beaten eggs, vanilla and chocolate butter
mix all together and pour into a buttered and lined 20 inch tin round or square. cook in a 180c oven for 45 min then remove
let cool in the tin for about 1 hr or untill cool.

I have added pecans on the top I always add extra chocolate using white, milk and dark to the final mix.
it really needs to cool in the tin for at leat 30min -1hr
