The combination of naval orange, bananas and walnuts - yummy, yummy!!
Preheat oven to 180C
Grease bundt pan with olive oil spray- set aside
In a food processor
Process orange, bananas and sugar until finely chopped.
Add Ingredients 2 and process until just combined
Spread ½ of mixture evenly onto the greased bundt pan
Layer ½ of sliced bananas and ½ of walnuts
Top up with the remaining mixture
Layer the remaining sliced bananas and walnuts on top of mixture
Bake in a moderate oven 180C for about 45 minutes or until cooked when tested.
Stand cake in bundt pan for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool.
