Mix pasta, tuna and tomatoes and place in an ovenproof baking dish
To make the béchamel -:
Melt butter in a sauce pan
Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes
Slowly add milk and stir in on low heat
Simmer gently to thicken
Remove from heat and stir in grated cheese
To assemble :
Spoon cheese sauce over pasta
Top with extra grated cheese
Bake at 180 degrees until golden
