This noodle is also called Mama Mee Goreng which is Indian style fried noodle.
Pour 1 cup of water into a hot wok - let it boil
Add hokkien noodle - cover and cook for 5 mins
Add Ingredients 1 - stir and cook for 3 mins
Add Ingredients 2 - Stir and cook for 3 mins
Push the noodles to one side
Add eggs and lightly scramble - mix noodles and eggs together
Cover and cook for 3 mins
Add Ingredients 4 and stir and cook for 2 mins
Serve with extra lemon wedges
This is a moist healthy noodle with very little oil. Remainig noodles can be made into frittata.
