Lasagna

low fat and extremely yummy

Ingredients

  • 750g lean mince meat

  • 2x cans of tomato puree

  • 1x70g tin of tomato paste

  • 1 carrot greated

  • 1 zucchini greated

  • 8 mushrooms

  • 1 brown oniion

  • mixed herbs

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • water/beef stock to make 1 cup

  • lasagna sheets

  • low fat cheese

Method

  • 1.

    Brown meat and onion

  • 2.

    2.add carrot, mushrooms and zucchini until cooked

  • 3.

    3.add tomato paste

  • 4.

    Add beef stock

  • 5.

    Add two tins of tomato puree

  • 6.

    6.bring to boil than simmer for 5 minutes

  • 7.

    Transfer to lasagna dish layer meat lasagna sheets meat till the top

  • 8.

    Finishing with meat mixture on top cover with cheese and bake in a 180.c for 45 minutes with oil spayed foil on top take off for last 10 minutes and enjoy
