Like the real thing cremmy but low fat


  • 1 large chicken breast

  • weight watchers bacon

  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

  • 375mls light and cremy condensed milk

  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup

  • mushrooms 6

  • 1 onion

  • salt and pepper

  • 300g fettucine pre cooked


  • 1.

    1.finely slice the chicken breast , bacon and onion , splash oil in a pan bring upto heat quickly seal the chicken and remove from the pan.

    2. return to a low heat pour in soup and condensted milk and stir add mushrooms and pasley .

  • 3.

    3. pour in the sealded chicken bacon and onion and stir

  • 4.

    4. add the pre cooked pasta and simmer for 5 minutes

  • 5.
