Succulent spare ribs baked for hours with a marinade to dye for, this could be your family signiture dish :)


  • 1 Kg of plain pork spare ribs

  • 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce

  • 3 tablespoons of bbq sause

  • 1 tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 1 tablespoon of worstshire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of garlic

  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce

  • A little bit of water


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 200 if fan forced, 250 if a convention oven.

  • 2.

    Lay ribs out into a over proof dish, a big dish

  • 3.

    Combine all marinade ingredients, stir and add water to thin out consistency.

  • 4.

    Place in oven and chech on the every half hour till they are cooked to your perfection.
