Yummy tasty amazing Muffins which you would love to have any time of the day, and so much easy to prepare. This recipe was evolved from the basic muffin recipe from McCall’s Cook Book with few alterations and additions which made it a totally new recipe.
Mix all DRY ingredients in a bowl.
Mix all WET ingredients in another bowl or a flask, and then add to dry mixture and stir with fork just till ingredients are combined.
Wash Blackberries and drain well. Add 1 tbsp flour and toss to coat.
Add ½ tbsp flour to chopped chocolate and toss to coat.
Add Blackberries and chocolate to dough and mix lightly.
Divide muffin dough between 12 muffin cups in muffin tray.
Bake in 495 F (240 C) preheated oven for 7 minute, reducing temperature gradually till you reach 350 F (180 C) and continue baking for another 20-23 minutes or till golden.
