Low fat twist on a fattering favourite

Ingredients

  • 500g mince

  • taco seasoning mix x1

  • lettuce x1

  • tomatos x2

  • red onion x 1

  • cheese but better for you cottage cheese

  • ww sour cream

  • some avo

Method

  • 1.

    Cook mince

  • 2.

    Add taco seasiong mix

  • 3.

    Cut up all salad ingredients

  • 4.

    Place abit of salad ingredients in bowl

  • 5.

    Top with cooked meat and top with cheese salsa and avo

  • 6.

    Mix and enjoy

  • 7.

    You can serve bread with it if you like to .
