Mild delicious cooked vegetables on steam rice.
1. Heat the oil, add the spring onion whites, garlic and celery and sauté over a high flame for a few seconds.
2. Add the carrots, capsicum, cauliflower, cabbage, French beans, cucumber and Ajinomoto and stir fry over a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add the cornflour paste, sugar, soya sauce and salt and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Serve hot with Steam Rice
