This is a foolproof recipe that gives the most amateur of chefs an opportunity to bask in the limelight!
Gently fry ginger, garlic and chili and dont let it burn!
Add orange juice and reduce by half
Add honey and sauce and simmer for 5 minutes
Add chopped coriander and orange zest and stir for a few minutes
Remove from the heat and set aside
Fry salmon steaks for 3-5 minutes until cooked to your taste
Cover with glaze and pop under the grill until it is sticky and caramelised
In the meantime, fry your pak choi in a wok with sesame oil until "al dente"
Serve with jasmine rice (take the express route and use the microwave variety)
Alternatively, prepare couscous and flavour with lemon juice, fresh mint and a dash of cumin
