Catfish cooked in beer and flavoured with tomatoes, basil and rosemary makes a great mid dinner meal.
Fry fish on the grill or pan to be 3/4 finished.
Remove fish to prepare the following sauce:
In the olive oil stew peeled tomatoes, can tomatoes, rosemary, pepper, basil, salt and pepper.
Stir and add a beer.
Add catfish and cook few minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes.
