• 1kg Catfish cut in few pieces

  • 1cup olive oil

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1cup tomato juice

  • 1cup beer

  • Rosemary, basil, pepper, salt - to taste


  • 1.

    Fry fish on the grill or pan to be 3/4 finished.

  • 2.

    Remove fish to prepare the following sauce:

    In the olive oil stew peeled tomatoes, can tomatoes, rosemary, pepper, basil, salt and pepper.

  • 4.

    Stir and add a beer.

  • 5.

    Add catfish and cook few minutes.

  • 6.

    Serve with boiled potatoes.
