well it was at first just throwing in whatever i thought would taste good and in the end it did :)
its juicy soft lamb, but not exactly a curry. I had it with simple cinnamon steamed rice. Tasted really good. Hope you like it. Sorry i don't know measurements, i just threw in all the stuff, according to what i felt.

  • Marinade:

  • Lamb, boneless cut into thin strips - 1/2 kg

  • honey to make it slightly sweet

  • fresh ground pepper (as per taste) plenty to make a bit spicy

  • 4-5 cloves garlic (finely sliced)

  • finely chopped mint leaves (enough to garnish)

  • 1.

Marinate the meat and leave for a few hours (mix everything and rub on the meat)

  • 2.

In a pan that can be covered (to steam) put the oils and heat.

  • 3.

Add garlic, onion and ginger, saute till golden.

  • 4.

Add the raw mango, chili flakes and the meat.

  • 5.
