This very simple easy-to-prepare dessert was created in my kitchen. Needed no science, I had some strawberries and wanted to prepare a dessert, and what goes best with strawberries than chocolate, they definitely love each other, so I presented the LOVE PORTION, whenever you have it, it’ll fell you with happiness and joy, just like Love does!
Mix melted butter with cocoa in deep sauce pan and stir well.
Add whipping cream and warm it up over low heat just till bubbles appear on sides.
Remove from heat. Add chopped chocolates, both kinds. Stir well till they melt totally.
Add nuts and stir. Set aside to cool. Put in freezer for ½ hour.
Meanwhile, arrange cake slices 9 x 11 inches baking dish and sprinkle with Guava juice.
Take out the chocolate cream and whip well with electric mixer till thick, about 3-5 minutes.
Pour cream over cake. Cover plate with plastic wrap and keep in freezer for 2 hours.
At serving time, arrange strawberry pieces, and sprinkle some icing sugar on top.
