Tender marinated meat and vegetables are served in a deep fried home-made dough pocket.


  • Dough (

  • 1 Kilogram calf meat steak (Veal) (cut lengthwise)

  • Colored peppers (1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow) (cut lengthwise)

  • 1 Large onion (chopped wings)

  • 1 Cup Mushroom

  • 3-4 Tablespoons Fajita Spices

  • 2-3 Table spoons Soy sauce

  • Salt (little)

  • 3-4 Tablespoons Oil

  • 1/2-1 Cup water


  • 1.

    Prepare the dough

  • 2.

    Divide the dough to small balls then stretch it like circle then turn half of the circle on itself to be the shape like half circle

  • 3.

    Fry the dough in hot and heavy oil

  • 4.

    On fire, put oil and meat then cover it and keep it on fire till cooked and actuate the meat from time to time

  • 5.

    When the meat cooked well, put the colored peppers, onion and mushroom and mix them well then add the Fajita spices and Soy sauce with water and keep them on fire till all components mix well and the water dry.

  • 6.

    Put Fajita into the fried dough

I love fajita's Reem! I could eat them every day! Calf meat is called Veal by the way. This would also be great with chicken!

hii jackicam :)) thanks for this information about Veal :)) and i love fajita too but try it with the fried dough it's really added great taste :))..... i usually make it with chicken but i tried to make with Veal and it was yummyy
