Tender marinated meat and vegetables are served in a deep fried home-made dough pocket.
Prepare the dough
Divide the dough to small balls then stretch it like circle then turn half of the circle on itself to be the shape like half circle
Fry the dough in hot and heavy oil
On fire, put oil and meat then cover it and keep it on fire till cooked and actuate the meat from time to time
When the meat cooked well, put the colored peppers, onion and mushroom and mix them well then add the Fajita spices and Soy sauce with water and keep them on fire till all components mix well and the water dry.
Put Fajita into the fried dough
