Sauté onions in fry pan
Add remaining ingredients, mixing well between each addition
Mix 1 teaspoon of peanut butter into chicken bowl
Thread the chicken onto skewers
Grill for three minutes on each side.
Peel the zucchini and carrots into strips
Serve skewers on rice with the vegetables
Present with Sate sauce
