This tasty creamy finger food was created in my kitchen when I had some friends coming over in the evening. It consists of toast slices covered with creamy vegetable mix and topped with some mozzarella cheese and baked in the oven till golden. It was a blast, so I wanted to share this recipe with you here, but didn’t know what to call it, so my friend “OLA” suggested this name, and so it is. Hope you enjoy it.
Chop mushroom, bell pepper and spring onions in a food processor till finely chopped.
Transfer to a bowl and add the rest of the filling ingredients and mix well. Add more salt if needed.
Arrange toast slices in a baking tray (line it with baking paper if desired), and spread 1 ½ tbsp on each slice. Top each with little mozzarella cheese.
Bake in 425F (220C) heated oven on top third rack for about 5 minutes or till golden brown. Serve hot.
