• 6 pieces of beef burger (or chicken as you desire)

  • 1 onion (small)

  • 3-4 tablespoons Tahini

  • 2 tablespoons squeezed lemon

  • 1 Potato (cut it to slices)

  • salt to taste

  • 2/3 cup of water

    Fry the beef burger (half-cooked)

    Fry potato

  • 3.

    Cut the onion slices

  • 4.

    Prepare Tahini sauce by adding the tahini and lemon then add the water and salt and mix well

  • 5.

    Put the beef burger then put fried potato then Tahini sauce

  • 6.

    Add the slice of onion over the last and put it in the oven for 15 minutes or till the Tahini boiled then fry it from the above a little

I'm sure this will be delicious.. anything that includes Potatoes and Tahini would be just yummy..
