  • 3 Potato

  • ** Flour Mixture:

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

  • salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1.

    Wash the potato very well

  • 2.

    Cut potatoes with the peels

  • 3.

    Boil the potato half-baked

  • 4.

    Mix all flour mixture components

  • 5.

    Remove the potatoes from the water

  • 6.

    Mix potatoes with flour mixture then add 1 tablespoon of water and mix them well

  • 7.

    Fry the potato in a hot and heavy oil or put them in the oven with 1 tablespoon oil till fried
