Layers of coconut, sesame and peanuts

Ingredients

  • ** For coconut layer:

  • 8 tablespoons sugar

  • 5 tablespoons powder milk

  • 3\4 cup water

  • 15-18 tablespoons coconut

  • ** For semseme and peanuts layer:

  • 20 tablespoos sugar

  • 1 cup milk (liquid)

  • 1 cup semseme

  • 1 cup peanuts

Method

  • 1.

    ** for coconut layer:

  • 2.

    Put all components except coconut on fire and stay it on fire while it's boil and be thick.

  • 3.

    Leave it from the fire then put the coconut and mix it well to be cohesive

  • 4.

    Stretch it in a deep dish covered with aluminum foil

  • 5.

    ** For Sesame and peanuts layer:

  • 6.

    Put the sugar on fire until it melts and becomes brown color

  • 7.

    Put the milk and mix it well until all sugar be melted and stay it to boil and be thick

  • 8.

    Roasted the sesame and peanuts

  • 9.

    Put some of last mixture on sesame and mix well to be cohesive and put the rest of last mixture on the peanuts and mix well to be cohesive

  • 10.

    Stretch the sesame over the coconut then stretch the peanuts

  • 11.

    Put it in the refrigerator then cut to pieces

Notes

Kept in the refrigerator until use
