An easy and quick date and walnut cake that is great served with a warm caramel sauce.


  • 1 1/2 cup flour

  • 1 cup oil

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup coarsely crushed walnuts

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Pking powder

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 4 eggs

  • 15 grain of Dates without sowing


  • 1.

    Mix eggs, add sugar gradually, then oil with continuing mixing

  • 2.

    Add cinnamon, flour,piking powder and walnuts

  • 3.

    Put the Mixture in a Spread template with oil and flour

  • 4.

    Fall dates randomly over the mixture

  • 5.

    Put it in the oven with medium temperature for 45 minutes or when its cooked well by instills a knife in the middle of cake and then leave it... the knife should be dry

  • 6.

    Get out the cake from the oven and then turn it over to that cool


Can be decorated with caramel sauce, a mixture of sweetened condensed milk with liquid cheese, or powdered sugar spread over the cake and put a little of coarsely chopped walnuts and Raisins (dried grapes)
