This recipe we used to make since we were very young, from an old cook book my mom got it when we were in the U.S.
It always turns out perfect. Hope you like it.
Melt butter+ chocolate in steel deep plate over hot, not boiling, water. Cool.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In large bowl, beat eggs, vanilla and sugar at medium speed until light, for about 5 minutes.
Beat in chocolate mixture.
Using wooden spoon, stir in flour mixture and nuts.
Spread evenly in lightly greased and floured baking tray, size 8 x 8 inch.
Bake in 350F (180C) preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
Cut to square and serve.
