Yummy cheesy creamy easy recipe. A new variation of Tiramisu. Having it feels like summer and tastes so heavenly. I found this recipe on one of the sites, and thought of trying it, but I made some changes and it turned out just perfect.
In large bowl, beat cheese, dream whip, sugar, and milk with electric mixer at medium speed for about 5 minutes.
In another bowl, beat whipping cream till it thickens and forms stiff peaks. Gently fold in the cheese mixture until well combined.
Pour juice in a plate. Dip biscuits horizontally in juice for a second and arrange in a 13x9inch baking dish to cover the bottom.
Spoon half the cream cheese mixture over biscuits. Top with half of the pie filling.
Repeat with same steps above to form another layer of juice-dipped biscuits, cheese mixture and pie filling.
Cover dish with plastic wrap and chill in fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Cut and serve.
