This dessert features whole baked apples filled with a sweet almond and cinnamon stuffing.


  • 1 apple

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • almonds

  • 3 tabelspoons sugar

  • 2 tablespoon Squeezed lemon


  • 1.

    Peeling an apple and remove the pulp

  • 2.

    Remove some of the core of the apple

  • 3.

    Put the lemon on the apple from the inside and outside

  • 4.

    To the fire .... Put the sugar with half the amount of milk to the boil, then put the core of the apple and stay on fire for 5-7 minutes then add almonds and cinnamon and mix it well

  • 5.

    Stuffed the apple with the pervious mixture, then boil the rest of the milk in the same pot that we prepare the stuffing, then poured milk over the apple

  • 6.

    Put a little cinnamon over the apple and stuffed, and a little sugar and put them in the oven


we can decorate it with milk sauce by add 2 tablespoons of sugar with 1 tablespoon of milk and put it into fire.... when it's boil put a drop of lemon and mix it well on fire for 2 minutes
