Taboli

It is kind of Appetizers that is eaten before the main meal

Ingredients

  • 1-Tomato

  • 2- Parsley

  • 3-Onion

  • 4- Peppermint

  • 5- Lemon

  • 6-Salt

  • 7-Olive oil

  • 8-Grit

Method

  • 1.

    First cut tomatoes, onions and parsley into small pieces.

  • 2.

    Immerse grit with hot water and cover it for 15 minutes.

  • 3.

    Squeee lemons.

  • 4.

    Mix tomatoes, onions and parsley.

  • 5.

    And wash the soaked grit with, olive oil and lemon.

  • 6.

    Then add it to the tomatoes, onions and parsley until reassorted.

  • 7.

    Add salt, lemon, peppermint and olive oil to the mixture with mixing.

  • 8.

    Aparel the dish with lettuce.
