This Lebanese dish of thick yoghurt with soft chickpeas, is a delicacy similar to that of hummus. Great with toasted pita bread.
First, Boil the chickpeas to become soft or boil the canned chickpeas for 10 minutes
Fry the bread after cutting it to small squares
** prepare the Tahini Sauce:
Mix the yogurt with Tahini,lemon, salt and Garlic and mix them well
Now, Mix fried bread with a little of hot water (chickpeas boiling water) with some of salt (about 2-3 tablespoons of water) then mix them with chickpeas and put them on a dish
Pour the Tahini sauce over the previous mix and decorate the dish with sumac, chickpeas and nuts
