This simple Parsley salad is so perfect with almost any fish dish. Try it and I’m sure you’ll love it.


  • 1 cup parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 cup tahini paste

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp white vinegar

  • 1 tsp cumin+ ½ tsp Black pepper+ ½ tsp chilli powder (according to preference)

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • ½-¾ cup water


  • 1.

    Mix all ingredients together (except parsley). Adjust lemon, vinegar salt to season.

  • 2.

    Add Parsley and mix. Serve topped with dash of chilli powder.
