Chop onion finely
Lightly fry in teaspoon of oil in medium saucepan
Add curry powder,cumin,garlic,tumeric
Cook for 1 minute
Add chicken stock and bring to the boil
Add instant cous cous turn off heat and cover for 5 minutes
Finely chop tomatoes and carrot
Fluff cous cous with fork
Add tomato, carrot, chickpeas and parsley
l use massel stock as it contains no animal products and Ayam curry powder
