Is an awesome recipe !


  • 3 small or 1 large pita bread

  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste

  • 1 teaspoon of water

  • 1/2 cup sultanas

  • 1/2 cup of corn kernels

  • 4 spring onions, chopped

  • 1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano


  • 1.

    1) Place pita bread on an oven tray. Mix together tomato paste, water, sultanas and spread on pita bread. Sprinkle with corn, onions, mushrooms and cheese. Lastly spinkle with oregano and bake in a bake in a hot oven 10 minutes. Serve with salad.
