Yummy Easy, tasty, fast to prepare chicken drumsticks.
Wash chicken with slat, vinegar & lemon. Rinse with water.
Mix all ingredients together and add to chicken. Marinate for 1 hour.
Place chicken with marinate all in a roasting bag as directed on pack. (If not available, place in baking dish and cover tightly, & you’ll need to add ½ cup of water in case liquids reduce while cooking)
Cook in 220C heated oven for 1 hour.
Remove from bag. Serve drumsticks, topped with the sauce, with some mashed potatoes or mushroom with corn rice.
