This is lovely rich pasta dish and the Caviar just tops it off


  • 200-250gm Smoked Salmon

  • 1 Leek - washed and sliced ( add just a little of the green end for colour)

  • 2 cloves of Garlic - crushed

  • 200ml Cream

  • 4 – 5 dashes of Tabasco Sauce

  • Tomato Paste – 1 tbl

  • Salt and Pepper – to taste

  • Oil – 1 tbl

  • Caviar - 1 jar

  • 375g of Pasta of Choice – Fettuccine is always good.

  • Extra 1 tbl oil


  • 1.

    Cook Pasta of choice. Drain when cooked – tossed in a little oil. Only so not to stick

  • 2.

    In a non-stick pan heat 1 tbl of Oil

  • 3.

    Add sliced Leek and garlic. Cook until softened

  • 4.

    Flake Smoked Salmon and add remaining ingredients until well combined.

  • 5.

    Toss pasta through sauce and serve immediately.

  • 6.

    For something luxurious place a spoonful of Caviar on top of the pasta and serve with Champagne
