Caramel Chocolate Crunch Cheesecake Slice

i have seen similar versions, this is mine x


  • 1 pk arnotts lattice biscuits

  • 1 tub cream cheese

  • 4 small bars Nestle Crunch chocolate 45g ones

  • either i can nestle top and fill caramel or home prepared caramel (well cooked, dark honey colour)

  • icing sugar to dust (optional

  • melted chocolate to drizzle over slice (optional) (white looks good)


  • 1.

    Take a rectangle baking tin and line with paper

  • 2.

    Place half the latice biscuits (pretty side down) in the tray side by side

  • 3.

    Melt the chocolate and add the ROOM TEMP cream cheese to it in a bowl, beat 2 mins.

  • 4.

    Spread the biscuits with the caramel

  • 5.

    Then with the cheesecake mix

  • 6.

    Top with remaining biscuits, pretty side up

  • 7.

    Place in fridge for 2 hours to set

  • 8.

    Using a HOT KNIFE slice the squares of slice and either drizzle with white chocolate or icing sugar, then serve

  • 9.

    Great with whipped cream, ice cream and berries.

yeah so easy and quick, hubby loves it fresh and i like it after a cuple of days in the fridge so the pasrty has more of a soft "vanilla slice" texture
