Tasty easy to make Jewels; dates filled with rich creamy filling of peanut butter and oats, and dipped in roasted peanuts. The combination of dates with peanuts is just heavenly, once you have one; you can’t wait to take another.
I got this recipe from TV show on a channel called Fatafeat, I just did little alterations to their recipe. YOU MUST TRY THIS ONE.
Make a cut, length wise, in each date piece and remove the seed.
Arrange in baking tray. Put in heated oven for 3minutes.
To prepare the filling: melt butter in a pan. Add oat and fry for 3-5minutes till browned little. Add oats to peanut butter in a bowl and mix.
Fill each pitted date with teaspoon filling then dip it in chopped roasted peanuts.
Keep in ait tight tapper ware and serve whenever wanted with a cup of coffee.
