eazy meal for camping, Holidays,etc you can have the ingredents in the cupboard for a meal anytime, anywhere no refridgeration required


  • 1 can Tomatos (cut up a little)

  • two large Onions (Chopped)

  • 1 can Irish stew

  • 1 can beef and onions (optional)

  • 1 or 2 tablespoons tomato paste (optional)

  • 2 teaspoons chicken powder

  • Salt $ Pepper

  • 1 or2 Tablespoons of oil

  • 1or 2 cloves chopped garlic (optional)


  • 1.

    Cook rice, 1/2 to 2 cups uncooked, 4 to 6 cups cooked, Cold rice is fine if you have it,

  • 2.

    While the Rice is cooking fry onions in oil, when soft add tomato, and paste( if used) and garlic (if used)

  • 3.

    And cook down, (you don't want it to watery)

  • 4.

    Add can of Irish stew,

  • 5.

    and beef and onions (if used)

  • 6.

    Add Salt and Peppe, to taste.( you may need a bit more that you would think)

  • 7.

    And fold together, don't overmix

  • 8.

    Serve plain or with a fried egg, or fried / grilled meat, or seafood
