  • 60g reduced fat ricotta cheese

  • 2 teaspoons orange rind, finely grated

  • 12 sponge finger biscuits

  • 1 x 70g Nestlé DIET Chocolate Mousse Dessert

  • 200g raspberries


  • 1.

    Combine the ricotta and rind and spread over 4 of the biscuits. Top each with another biscuit and the Nestlé DIET Chocolate Mousse Dessert. Top with the remaining biscuits. Serve with raspberries.
