It's a family favourite as it's easy to prepare and it tastes so nice, especially the mince with all of the other ingredients that are cooked with it.
Gently cook the mince in a dry frypan, tipping out any excess fat that is rendered.
Add the onion and the garlic and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Add the remainder of the ingredients, stir well and cook gently for a further 15 minutes.
Cook the pasta according to the directions on the packet during the last 15 minutes that the mince is cooking.
Serve the mince with the pasta. Sprinkle with the cheese.
