It is creamy and fruity cake!!!! ( Filipino food )=D


  • 1 1/4 cups Alaska Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk,chilled (condensed milk)

  • 1 1/2 cups Alaska Evaporated Filled Milk ( evaporated milk )

  • 2 pcs eggyolks

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1 pack Alaska Crema All-Purpose Cream,chilled ( all-purpose cream )

  • 2 pcs taisan cake, cut into 1/4" slices

  • 2 cups halved strawberries

  • 2 cups melon,diced or cut into balls

  • 1 pack Alaska Crema All-purpose cream chilled and whipped

    In pan blend alaska sweetened condensed filled milk, alaska evaporated milk, yolks and flour. Cook over low heat while scrapping side and bottom of pan until it thickens and flour is totally cooked. Set aside to cool and chill in the freezer for 30 min. Fold in whipped all-purpose cream and blend in fruits.

    Arranged sliced taisan at the bottom of a deep pie plate or bowl. Pour prepared fruit filling and top with more sliced taisan. Top with whipped cream. Cover and chill for 4 hours
