Cranberry Salad

Light and fresh
A good side for any dish

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. fresh cranberries, chopped

  • 2 cups apples, chopped (about 2 apples)

  • 16 oz. cherries, chopped

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar

  • 6 oz raspberry jello

  • 2 cup boiling water

Method

  • 1.

    Combine fruits and sugar set aside. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add fruit and mix well. Chill until set.
