Chocolate Cheesecake TRIO

when i make cheeecake i do 3 flavours at once, it actually makes 4 cheesecakes in medium pie dishes. they are simple and i get so many comment and never share the simple recipecause i want people to think it was as hard to make as they think it was hehehehe.... anyway here it is...
enough for 4 cakes, a white chocolate, a choc coconut and a chocolate. with enough spare to do a trio in one cake....


  • 3 tubs of cream cheese (the home brand one has a great smooth texture, even smoother than philly) ROOM TEMP ALMOST>>>

  • 3 blocks of chocolate 250g, white, choc and choc coconut, i use whittakers avail at woolies.

  • i use a mix of biscuits for my base so i mix about 8 each of, gingernut, choc ripple, nice, and scotch finger.

  • 1/4 cup dessicated coconut

  • 70g melted butter


  • 1.

    Take 3 ceramic bowls and add all but 2 rows of your chocolate to each one.

  • 2.

    Microwave each for appx 35 seconds and mix with a metal spoon to compleatly melt.

  • 3.

    Take 3 mixing bowls and place the 3 cream cheese in each one

  • 4.

    Add your chocolate to a cream cheese bowl one by one and beat for about 2 minutes each, set aside.

  • 5.

    Place the biscuits in a food processor and pulse till fine.

  • 6.

    Add melted butter and coconut, mix then divide between 4 pie dishes and press down hard.

  • 7.

    Top each base with 3/4 of each choc mix

  • 8.

    Top the last base with the remainer of all 3 and swirl together.

  • 9.

    Quickly grate the remaining chocolate and top onto corresponding cheesecake (do white first)

  • 10.

    And then top the trio cake with the mixed scrap chocolate.

  • 11.

    Refrigerate for about 2 hr minimum and serve, great with cream and or ice cream.


PLEASE dont comment on the lack of ingredients, THIS IS ALL U NEED, of all my dishes this is one of the most commented on and prized by me...
each one does anywhere from 4-8 people
YOU DO NOT NEED SUGAR OR GELATINE OR CREAM trust me, the lack of overpowering sweetness is one of the things that makes it great, u never feel sickly after a slice. gelatine is unnessacary as cream cheese and chocolate have thier own setting agents and this goes nice and firm.
