Easy to make tuna rissoles.


  • Tuna, potatos, onion

  • egg and breadcrumbs


  • 1.

    Boil and mash 4 large potatos mix with

  • 2.

    2x 425gm tins of tuna in springwater,

  • 3.

    Throw in one large diced onion and mix

  • 4.

    All ingredients. Put about half an inch of

  • 5.

    Cooking oil in a deep frying pan and put

  • 6.

    On high. get a bowl of 4xwisked eggs and

  • 7.

    A bowl of breadcrumbs. Roll mixture into good size rissoles

  • 8.

    And roll in egg then breadcrumbs and place

  • 9.

    Into th frying pan. Turn once golden brown

  • 10.

    On one side. Once cooked place on a large

  • 11.

    Plate with paper towel and allow oil to drain.

  • 12.

    Serve with more mash potato and veges.


I always pour on heaps of either lemon juice
or vinegar.
Makes aprox 15 rissoles
