Dissolve the yeast and honey in the water.
Mix all ingredients to make a soft dough.
Knead well until smooth and very elastic.
Shape into balls and leave to rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Make 250 gram dough balls and put into separate take away containers and let rise for a further hour.
Roll the dough out into a thin round shape on your floured pizza peel.
Put on toppings and bake in the wood fired oven pn the floor of the oven. Turn every 15 - 20 seconds until cooked.
