This sauce is like Tahini sauce, but with garlic. It goes with chicken shawerma sandwiches, all kind of grills, fish, falafel and fried or grilled vegetables as well, or anything else you like to serve it with.. Great taste really.. For me, I love almost anything made with Tahini paste in general :-)
Mix all the above ingredients together (except parsley), keep stirring till you get a nice smooth sauce. Add more water if needed accordning to how thick or thin you want your sauce.
Adjust salt, spices & lemon to taste. Add chopped parsley and serve.
This sauce can be peraped ahead of time and kept in the fridge, but you might need to add little water and mix if so, cause it tends to thincken a little when kept in the fridge for a day or more.
