This salad is so easy to make. can prepare ahead and just keep it in the fridge to serve. So colorfull like spring. Enjoy.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a jar, shake well and keep in fridge till use.
Combine salad ingredients together, add some of the dressing ( but remove the garlic cloves ) and toss .season with more salt if needed.
