  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (like Kiri), softened

  • 2 cups sifted powdered sugar

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

    Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add powdered sugar,lemon and vanilla; beat until smooth.

    Yield: almost 2 1/2 cups

yea.. it does really :-) .. the cream cheese frosting will be like this, u can put it in a decorating bag, and pump it to decorate whaever u want .. u'll see a similar recipe in the cinnamon rolls recipe as well ..
