This is a traditional beef hamburger recipe with a few ingredients to make it that little bit more tasty and the sunflower seeds add that little bit of texture.
Process bread to make fresh breadcrumbs
Combine with milk then beaten egg.
Finely chop onion.
Combine mince, onion, garlic, mustard, sauce, sunflower seeds and bread mix.
Divide into four equal portions and form into four flat round rissoles.
Cook in frypan or BBQ, try to turn only once.
Serve on a toasted roll with salad of choice.
