Mel’s entrée recipe from week 3 of Come Dine With Me Australia.
Combine all ingredients except ketchup manis & wonton skins
Marinate in fridge for at least 20 mins
Once the prawns are marinated get the wonton skins and make little parcels with prawn fillings.
Steam for about 3-5 minutes in a steamer
Serve with sauce of choice.
