Bryan's entree from week 3 of Come Dine With Me Australia.


  • 5 large vine ripened tomatoes

  • 600g Angus Beef mince

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • Half teaspoon salt

  • Half teaspoon white pepper

  • 5 teaspoons of Huey’s hamburger relish

  • 5 slices tasty cheese


  • 1.

    Hollow out the tomatoes

  • 2.

    Cook mince until brown, blend in 1 clove crushed garlic, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper and relish

  • 3.

    Once cooked, fill tomatoes. Place sliced cheese over the top and place under the grill until melted.

  • 4.

    Serve with a garnish of yellow, red, green and orange diced capsicum, placed around the tomatoes in a ‘flower’ like manner

There meat pies so delicious can,t wait to buy more. But there family meat pie are better,
